Zucchini

We got some zucchini from our neighbors garden so I figured I had better do something with it so that it didn't go to waste. I peeled and grated most of it, to freeze, and then made some zucchini bread. Isabel helped.

It was a good recipe, so I will be making more of it.

I love zucchini (and I wouldn't have known how to spell it with out you) bread! I made banana bread last night and was wishing I had some zucchini to make bread out of. My favorite is with chocolate chips in it! Yum!

Kay--so I so want to hire you to come cook for me :) I LOVED that idea about exchanging food--and mainly just cooking once a month with your friends! The "Girlfriend's pantry" or whatever it's called just closed down near my house, which is totally depressing cause I so LOVED getting food from them (you know--kind of similar to what you and your friends do--jut through a company). So impressed!

mmm, I love zucchini bread. I'm excited to have a garden next year so I can make as much of it as I want! Isabel looks like a good helper. :)
